Online Course Payment and Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a refund at any time, within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date of purchase for recorded and online courses. Only the refund transfer fee will be deducted, provided that the training content viewing rate does not exceed 5%. For example:

 

- A customer who purchased a course and requested a refund within 1 day, and the viewing rate exceeded 5%, is not entitled to a full or partial refund.

- A customer who subscribed to a course (online), paid the fees, and after 7 days requested a cancellation, is not entitled to a full or partial refund.

- A customer who purchased a course (online) and requested a refund after 7 days, and the course viewing rate was 0%, is not entitled to a full or partial refund.

 

Payment and Refund Policy for In-Person Courses - Lectures - Workshops - Online Courses - Provided exclusively by Musa'ef Company or in cooperation with Musa'ef

 

. A customer who subscribed to a coaching course and requested to cancel it 3 days after payment is due will receive a refund, minus the transfer fee, provided the payment is made within 3 days of the payment date; otherwise, they will not be entitled to a refund.

 

A customer who paid for a course, lecture, or workshop 3 days after payment is due and requests to cancel it will receive a refund, minus the transfer fee, provided the payment is made within 3 days of the payment date; otherwise, they will not be entitled to a refund.

 

A customer who subscribed to an in-person course, workshop, lecture, or coaching course, and requested to cancel it within 3 days of the payment date but not exceeding 5 days, will receive a 50% refund. A customer who has requested a course in a city or region outside the company's headquarters will be charged additional fees based on the city name. However, if the city or region is different, additional fees will be charged as a new city without changing the basic fees.

 

- A customer who has subscribed to any in-person course, lecture, or workshop, and has paid within 5 days of the course date, is not entitled to a full or partial refund.

 

- A customer who has subscribed to a course, lecture, or workshop within 7 days of the course date is not entitled to a full or partial refund.

 

- A full refund will be issued if the course is canceled by the trainer or organizer for any reason.

- Fees cannot be exchanged for courses, workshops, or lectures. The customer is entitled to a refund only as stated above.

 

How to request a refund:

 

Submit a request through Contact Us. After the request is processed and verified to comply with the refund policy, the full amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

– Special Terms Policy – ​​Trainer Membership

 

1. Membership is available to persons over the age of 18.

 

2. You must not engage in any fraudulent activity or hold more than one personal membership.

 

3. EFR Membership for International Trainers in the American Emergency First Responders Organization

 

4. Upon acceptance of your membership, you are entitled to benefit from annual trainer offers.

 

5. Ensure that you provide a suitable profile picture of the cooperating trainer.

 

6. Membership is valid as long as the trainer's membership in the organization is valid and expires once the trainer's international membership expires. You must pay a new membership fee valid with the international membership.

 

7. Your membership is completely independent of the Musa'ef platform and independent of the international organization membership fees.

 

8. You meet our terms and policies for registered members and those wishing to register.

 

9. Membership may be terminated for any reason we deem appropriate, subject to payment of the difference during the use of benefits and the purchase of certificates or cards. A partial refund will be issued if a limited number of cards and certificates are used, or a full refund will be issued if no number of annual cards and certificates granted to the member are issued or used.

 

10. The value of the Musa'ef Company card and local certificate is calculated according to the announced value on the membership registration page and does not include the value-added tax.

 

11. Membership benefits, terms, and prices are subject to change only at the beginning of each new calendar year, starting January 1 of each calendar year.
